In this article, we will guide you through the deposit process at Banexcoin using our mobile application.
1- Enter the Banexcoin App from your mobile device and enter your data correctly to log in. (Username, password and 2FA)
2.- Then, select the option"Deposit" in the App menu, which is located at the bottom left of the App.
3.- After that, select the type of currency you want. Then click “Select account". In this option you will be selecting the destination Banexcoin bank account, which will correspond to the type of currency you have selected.
*Keep in mind that, at this point you must have validated your bank account at Banexcoin. If you have not added a bank account yet, we invite you to do so by clicking on the following option “Add account“
4.- Finally, add the data corresponding to said transaction, such as: Transaction or operation number, amount deposited, date of the transaction, image of the bank receipt and complete The Affidavit of Origen of Funds. Next, click on “Generate deposit ticket”
Do not forget that in the image of the bank receipt all the data corresponding to your deposit must appear, such as: date, time, amount, type of currency, transaction number, destination account, source account and owners of both bank accounts.
You will know that your ticket has been created correctly once the following notification appears on the screen:
