The reduction in fees does not extend to withdrawal commissions.
Eligibility
This promotion is open to all customers registered on the Banexcoin platform, starting from the "Explorer" customer level onwards, with no additional restrictions.
Promotion Period
The promotion will be effective from March 20, 2024, at 10:00 AM until April 15, 2024, at 6:00 PM, Peruvian time.
Promotion Communication
The promotion will be communicated to customers via email and SMS (only applicable for customers within the Peruvian territory) on March 19, 2024.
Participation Methods
No prior registration is required to participate in this promotion. All eligible customers will automatically benefit from the commission exemption when transacting in the specified cryptocurrency pairs during the promotion period.

Limitations and Responsibilities
Banexcoin will not be liable for interruptions or failures in transactions resulting from technical problems, internet connection errors, system malfunctions, or any other circumstance of delays, setbacks, and/or conditions that may affect the transmission or execution of transactions. Furthermore, it has no control over hardware, software, electronics, or market congestion failures. Therefore, in these cases, we are not responsible for the delays, difficulties, or conditions that negatively affect the transmission or execution of transactions, nor for the consequences that may arise from them.
Modification and Termination of the Promotion
Banexcoin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, with prior notice to customers through the promotion's communication channels, in case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the promotion implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as Banexcoin's general terms and conditions available on its website.
These terms and conditions are subject to Peruvian law, and any dispute related to the promotion will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Peru.
