There are 2 ways to reset your password.

1. If you can log in the platform and you want to change the password click here   

2. If you have forgotten your password and cannot access your account click here

For this, you must enter and click on the configuration iconhttps://s3.amazonaws.com/cdn.freshdesk.com/data/helpdesk/attachments/production/60001910997/original/4ItdBwPRoqMC0k0PQbIbersxpWQyHHzl6Q.jpeg?1582210937and got to the profile and security tab.


 

Click on RESET YOUR PASSWORD

 


Then click SEND EMAIL, which will automatically send you an email to continue the process


In your inbox, you will receive the password change email and if you are sure you want to make the change you must click on Reset. 

Caution: when you receive a reset password email from Banexcoin please be sure the sender is [email protected] if the sender is any other please do not open the email could be someone trying to access your data.

 


Then you will see the following screen in which you must fill in the new password and matching password fields and then click on reset the password.


Important: Remember when you are creating a new password you must use at least 8 characters including Up & down cases, numbers, special characters.



If it has been done correctly, you will see the following screen and you can log in without problems using your new password by clicking the "go-to Exchange" button.

2. If you have forgotten your password and cannot access your account



For this option when you are on the Banexcoin Login webpage you must click on Problems with login?



After you must click on "I'm an existing user and I forgot my password", then you must enter your  Banexcoin username and click on "SEND EMAIL"



You will receive the reset password email if you are sure you want to make the change you must click on Reset.


Then you will see the following screen in which you must fill in the new password and matching password fields and then click on RESET PASSWORD 


Important: Remember when you are creating a new password you must use at least 8 characters including Up & down cases, numbers, special characters.

 


If it has been done correctly, you will see the following screen and you can log in without problems using your new password by clicking the "Go to Exchange" button.


 

Now you are ready with your new password and you can continue to carry out all your operations within the Banexcoin platform normally.
