In the event that you have decided to close your Banexcoin account, keep in mind that it must meet the following conditions:
Do not have a balance in any of the currencies
Do not maintain open or in-process orders
Do not maintain withdrawals or deposits in process
If your account meets these conditions you must log in, and go to the left side of the screen to the "My profile" icon and click on it, then click on the "User account and password option".
You will be able to see the account and password options, in them you must go to the bottom and click on the "Delete my account" button and then choose the reason why you are leaving us ☹, you can leave a message (optional) about how We must improve. Then to confirm you must click "Yes, delete account".
Keep in mind the following before proceeding to request the closure of your Banexcoin Account:
If the account has a balance lower than the amount necessary to make a withdrawal, it must generate a deposit for the remaining amount to be able to withdraw the entire balance in it (remember that there is a withdrawal fee), otherwise the amount found on the platform will be deferred and considered a closing processing cost commission.
You must take in mind that, after closing your account, in case you wish to operate in Banexcoin again, you must register a new account, since closed accounts cannot be reactivated for any reason.
